4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on pakwin88. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

6. Casino Game Rules

All casino games on pakwin88 — including slots, roulette, Andar Bahar, poker, baccarat and all live dealer games — are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game client. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence in all financial and account-related matters.

• All casino game outcomes are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed software suppliers. The RNG cannot be influenced by pakwin88 or by any player.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the long-run theoretical payout for that game engine and are accurate as of the last audit.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the dealer's system. Where an outcome cannot be verified, the round may be voided and the stake returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Account Suspension & Closure

• A player has breached any of these Terms
• A player fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable time
• Suspicious betting activity or potential fraudulent behaviour is detected
• A player has self-excluded or requested account closure through our responsible gaming tools
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited if it includes funds derived from prohibited activities. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to any fault by the player, the full balance will be returned to the player via the most recent deposit method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact pakwin88 support at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed.

10. Limitation of Liability
